Changes in Corporate Executives
The election and ranking of new executives were determined as follows at the NMKV General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 25, 2014 and at the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors that followed the General Meeting.
*1 Newly appointed director Hideyuki Sakamoto will serve concurrently as Director and Executive Vice President of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., and Ryugo Nakao will serve concurrently as Executive Vice President (Representative Director) of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.
*2 Newly appointed auditor Tetsuya Yamaguchi will serve concurrently as a Senior Expert in the Operations Controlling & Accounting Department, Controlling Accounting Office Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.
Directors Hiroto Saikawa and Hiizu Ichikawa and auditor Akira Nakagawa resigned from their positions as of June 25, 2014.
