Changes in Corporate Executives

NMKV Co., Ltd. announced today that it has made a preliminary decision on the following changes in corporate executives effective April 1, 2014.

The official decision is subject to approval at the NMKV extraordinary shareholders' meeting scheduled to be held going forward and the extraordinary board of directors meeting to be held after this shareholder meeting.

1. Directors scheduled to retire

Shinichi Kurihara

Vice President and COO, Scheduled to retire on March 31

Hiroaki Yoshimatsu

Member of the Board (CTO), Scheduled to retire on March 31
(Scheduled to be appointed Assistant to Corporate General Manager, Product Strategy Office, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation from April 1)
